[May Holiday Shipping & Customer Service Notice]
We would like to inform you of the shipping and customer service schedule during the upcoming holidays.
Orders completed by 1:30 PM on Wednesday, April 30 will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM on April 30 will be shipped sequentially starting Friday, May 2, for orders completed by 1:30 PM that day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM on Friday, May 2 will be shipped sequentially starting Wednesday, May 7.
Here is the detailed schedule:
April 30 (Wed): Orders completed by 1:30 PM will be shipped the same day.
May 1 (Thu): Shipping and customer service will be closed.
May 2 (Fri): Orders completed by 1:30 PM will be shipped the same day. Customer service will be available until 5:00 PM.
May 3 (Sat) – May 4 (Sun): Weekend (closed).
May 5 (Mon) – May 6 (Tue): Holiday (closed).
May 7 (Wed): Normal operations will resume.
