I bought it because I liked the finger hole design. For me (160 cm, 47 kg), the whole arm area is on the loose side, which I actually liked. I think it's suitable for both gym weight training and running!
The sleeve length is also generous, and I found that fine too. If the length is tight or too snug with finger holes, the thumb hole can be uncomfortable.
